Job Title: Operations Manager - Fire Suppression Systems
Eco-staff is currently hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist for a leading Fire suppression and alarm company. This is a Temp to Perm position.

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to oversee our field operations and manage all aspects of our fire suppression projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fire suppression systems and a proven track record in operations management. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the successful execution of projects, maintaining high standards of quality and safety, and leading our field team to achieve operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all field operations related to fire suppression system installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Lead and supervise a team of field technicians, ensuring they are properly trained, motivated, and equipped to perform their duties effectively.
- Plan and schedule project activities, resources, and manpower to meet project deadlines and client expectations.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project requirements, identify potential challenges, and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., sales, engineering) to facilitate seamless project execution and ensure alignment with client needs and expectations.
- Monitor project progress, budget, and quality control measures, implementing corrective actions as needed to address deviations and optimize performance.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency, productivity, and safety in the field.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement among field employees, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
Qualifications:
- *Minimum of 3 years of experience in the fire suppression industry, with a strong understanding of fire suppression systems and equipment.
- Proven experience in operations management, including project planning, scheduling, and resource management.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve common goals.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and industry standards (e.g., NFPA, OSHA).
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
