HVAC Installer Job Requirements:
· 1 + years of residential HVAC install experience
· Highest quality performance based installations
· Effective communication and customer service skills
· Positive attitude and strong work ethic
· Installation of geothermal, gas furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps & ductless
· Must have a valid driver’s license with good record of driving
· Must be able to pass drug screen and background check
· EPA Certification is a plus
· NATE Certification is a plus
