FULL TIME EMPLOYMENT
Steingass Mechanical Contracting LLC and its Burrier Service Division are seeking to add experienced commercial and residential HVAC technicians to our team. We have offices in Medina and Mentor and support clients in the greater Cleveland area and surrounding northeastern Ohio.
Applicants MUST have at least 2 years of relevant experience with commercial or residential HVAC employers to receive consideration for this position. Requisite skills include extensive technical knowledge and experience servicing and maintaining forced air heating and cooling equipment, heat pumps, ductless mini splits, hot water boilers, water tanks and rooftop units and ability to explain technical and financial matters to customers.
Ideal candidates should be able to read blueprints, situate, configure and wire low voltage systems according to manufacturer specifications and braze and solder, where necessary. Moreover, we expect our associates to multi-task, pay attention to detail, solve problems, work well independently and in teams, and maintain customer trust and respect.
Pay is commensurate with experience; our benefits also include company-paid health and life insurance, a 401-K plan and company transportation. Overtime is also available. All employees must pass a drug test and maintain a valid driver’s license. Thank you for your interest in Steingass.
