About The Position:
We are in search of an experienced, highly motivated Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our hospitality clients. As the Marketing Manager at Delicious Digital Marketing, you will play a vital role in the development, execution, and management of strategic digital marketing campaigns that promote our clients’ products and services. You will ensure that the client’s digital marketing objectives are met and that their brands shine in the digital landscape.
The Marketing Manager will report directly to the Marketing Director and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, production, and account management. The primary goal of this position is to create engaging digital marketing campaigns that deeply connect with our client’s target audience, thereby enhancing brand visibility, generating leads, and boosting revenue. You will have the opportunity to shape the narratives of some of the world's most beautiful and enticing hospitality brands.
The ideal candidate is a highly organized, tech-savvy, self-starter who will collaborate with the marketing team, ad agency partners, and stakeholders across the brand’s key departments. The Marketing Manager will be an instrumental member of the marketing team and the role has major room for long-term professional growth.

Responsibilities:
- Report to the Marketing Director and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, production, and account management to develop comprehensive marketing campaigns for our hospitality clients.
- Manage two Social Media Coordinators who are located in Belize; providing mentorship, strategic guidance, feedback, and approvals.
- Delegate tasks effectively, ensuring the social media team meets deadlines and delivers high-quality work.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to social media team members.
- Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to organic social media, META ads, X ads, traditional marketing, and content marketing.
- Design and manage social media editorial calendars to ensure timely and relevant content delivery across various platforms.
- Understand each client's unique goals, objectives, and challenges, and tailor marketing solutions to meet their needs. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns and projects, including content creation, scheduling, engagement, and analytics, to enhance brand visibility.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, acting as their trusted marketing advisor within the agency and resolving issues promptly and effectively, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
- Manage and allocate client budgets for PPC campaigns, ensuring that ad campaigns are successfully delivered on time and within budget.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify industry trends, opportunities for growth, best practices, and competitive threats.
- Measure, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization to improve ROI and customer experience.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing campaign results and strategic recommendations.
- Ensure that all marketing assets and campaigns meet our agency’s high standards for accuracy and quality.
- Help the team facilitate content creator partnerships and outline assets needed to enhance the social team’s campaigns and efforts.
- Lead the social media team in brainstorming and strategy meetings to improve client performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager in an advertising agency, hospitality company, or related industry, 4+ years of marketing experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics, including PPC, organic social media, traditional marketing, and content marketing.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, META Ads Manager, X Ads, Reporting Platforms (i.e. Whatagraph & Google Analytics 4) Scheduling Platforms (i.e. Later) and CRM Platforms (i.e. HubSpot).
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and use data to drive business decisions.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple client campaigns and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Experience managing digital ad budgets and allocating resources to achieve marketing campaign objectives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth through brand digital marketing efforts.
- Self-motivated and driven, with a passion for digital marketing and a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
