Identify and escalate complex and unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to update customer records and issue resolutions.
Maintain a high level of knowledge about the company's products and services to effectively answer customer inquiries.
Contribute to team goals by achieving individual performance targets and participating in team meetings and training sessions.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous customer service experience in a call center or similar environment is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and provide effective solutions.
Ability to handle high call volumes and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in using computer systems and data entry.
Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends.
