The Role:
As a Business Development Representative, you'll be at the forefront of our expansion, driving growth and building lasting relationships with new and existing clients. You'll work closely with our talented team to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and deliver solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients. Your efforts will help us reach new markets and ensure that more communities have access to our essential services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the restoration industry.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, including insurance companies, property managers, and residential clients.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective sales and marketing materials.
- Provide exceptional customer service, understanding clients' needs and offering solutions that align with our services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to ensure our offerings remain relevant and competitive.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally in the restoration industry or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- A self-starter with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Knowledge of the restoration industry is a plus, but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A team player who can work collaboratively across different departments.
- A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed.

Required 3+ years of outside sales experience. Restoration industry experience preferred.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
