Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager for Multi-Family housing. The ideal candidate will oversee HVAC and Plumbing projects from beginning to end, ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on time.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise construction projects from conception to completion
- Coordinate and oversee all construction activities
- Develop project schedules, plan materials, and purchase orders
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure quality construction
- Review schematics and blueprints to ensure accuracy
- Utilize construction management software for project tracking and reporting
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in construction estimating, project management, and construction site supervision
-Experience with HVAC and Plumbing
- Strong understanding of project scheduling and coordination
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints accurately
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
