Your New Role as an HVAC Installer:
- Install and customize top-tier residential and commercial HVAC systems to meet diverse architectural demands.
- Conduct rigorous testing to ensure flawless operation and maintain safety and compliance standards in line with OSHA and our high company expectations.
- Instruct homeowners and business operators on optimizing their new systems and build enduring relationships through exceptional service and expert advice.
- Focus on delivering excellent service without the pressure of upselling unnecessary equipment.

Job requirements
- 2+ years of relevant HVAC experience with EPA certification type 2
- Honest, reliable, and eager to learn and grow
- Excellent communicator with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Able to pass a background check and drug screening
- Comfortable working in tight spaces and on ladders, capable of lifting at least 50 pounds
- Living within commuting distance to Indianapolis or willing to relocate, and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
