Fire Sprinkler Service Technician
Wayne Automatic Fire Sprinklers is looking for an Fire Sprinkler Service Helpersin our Raleigh NC branch to work in the surrounding areas.
This position reports to the Service Department Manager.
Day to Day:
- Work closely with the Foreman on the jobsite to follow procedures and instructions to Troubleshoot, Repair, Add/Relocate, and Install Fire Sprinkler Systems.
- Attend monthly safety meetings at the local branch.
- Working outside on job sites for long hours in all seasons including summer months.
- Physical requirements include standing, sitting, bending, lifting, and climbing. Lifting will include up to 70 pounds.
What are the Qualifications for this position?
- Construction experience preferred but not required! We will train you!
- Hand tool experience
- Travel within the local community is required.
- Must possess the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Must be able to wear proper protective equipment as required on all job sites.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test and pre-employment background check screening including 10 years of employment verification is required to be hired at Wayne Automatic.
