ListingSpark is a tech driven real estate firm based in Austin, Texas that simplifies the home selling process. Our powerful platform is designed to give homeowners more control, more transparency, and more savings while selling their homes. By streamlining the process, we empower our clients to sell faster, with less hassle and greater profit.
Role Description
The SDR is responsible for working inbound and outbound leads. Lead Generation is not required, all leads will be provided and ready to go in our CRM. You will be the first voice people hear when they learn about ListingSpark so strong interpersonal communication skills and a great attitude are a must. This position is available for part time or full time depending on the person and their availability.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong business development skills and experience
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Real estate industry experience is a plus
Compensation:
- Base plus monthly bonus structure.
- Part time OTE for 20 hours/week ranges from 25K-30K annually
- Full time OTE for 40 hours/week ranges from 55k-60K annually
- Eligible for health benefits within 90 days of starting.
