Roles and Responsibilities
The essential roles and responsibilities are outlined below:
- Work as a team to fulfill customers needs
- Perform preventative maintenance at Commercial/Industrial sites
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC equipment
- Install new HVAC equipment a PLUS!
- Log HVAC equipment such as refrigerant circuit, electrical circuit, condition of equipment, etc.
- Ability to braze, perform leak searches, and evacuation process.
- Understands the commercial DX equipment up to/over 25 tons, exhaust systems, heat pumps, water source heat pumps, mini-splits, electric motor controls, etc (Chiller, Boiler, and process related experience is a PLUS!)
- Complete log sheets for customers as needed
- Be responsive to supervisors and dispatching.
- Other such duties and responsibilities as assigned by the company.
Qualifications and Requirements
- 3 years minimum experience
- High School GED
- Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
- Ability to work flexible hours and be on call as needed
- Universal EPA Certification
- Ability to understand equipment specifications.
- Demonstrated experience in understanding basic refrigerant cycle, various heating component, and air distribution systems.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Always represent the company well.
- Valid Drivers License and acceptable driving record
- Must successfully pass a background check

Pay: $20.00 - $45.00 per hour
