We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Internal Operations Manager to oversee various aspects of our business operations. This individual will play a crucial role in managing HR functions, optimizing our call center operations, driving marketing initiatives, coordinating dispatch activities, and overseeing warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for driving operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations.
- Streamline and optimize call center operations to ensure efficient handling of customer inquiries and scheduling of service appointments.
- Oversee and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth objectives.
- Supervise dispatch activities to ensure timely deployment of technicians and efficient routing of service calls.
- Oversee warehouse operations, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and maintenance of equipment and tools.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business plans, budgets, and strategic initiatives.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, accountability, and professional development among staff members.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred.
- At least five (5) years of operations management, preferably in the home services industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve performance goals.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective operational strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees, customers, and senior management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
