Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC/R systems, mechanical knowledge, and experience in installation and maintenance. This role involves working both independently and as part of a team to ensure high-quality installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties.
Duties
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems according to specifications and industry standards.
- Conduct assessments of existing systems to determine necessary upgrades or repairs.
- Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and welding equipment for installation tasks.
- Collaborate with other technicians and contractors on job sites to ensure timely project completion.
- Perform property maintenance tasks as needed, including plumbing and appliance repair related to HVAC systems.
- Drive company vehicles to job sites while adhering to safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs.
Experience
- Proven experience in HVAC/R installation or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with design principles related to HVAC systems is a plus.
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
- Experience with field service operations is advantageous.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A valid driver's license is required for this position.
