Mitchell's Heating & Air Conditioning is a residential HVAC company that serves Lorain & Cuyahoga Counties. We are a growing company with career progression paths. On call schedule rotates daily with only 2-3 days on a month.

Not to mention, I also need you to....
- Pass a background check
- Have a valid driver's license
- Have prior, successful experience as an HVAC Installer
- Be EPA type II Certified
- Be slightly finicky about shiny shoes, pressed pants, and tucked in shirttails
- Follow instructions to a "T"
- Bring "whatever it takes" attitude, and a willingness to be a team player
