The Market 24/7 Service Install Technician will travel in company vehicle and be responsible for maintaining all market installs up to and including:
- Market Build, plumbing repair, electrical repair, millwork repair, cooler repair, light Fixture repair, coffee equipment eepair.
- Preventive maintenance while on site will be performed as well on coffee equipment and condensing units. These being the main focus of the preventive maintenance.
- Responsible for maintaining ice/water machines in the field and be proficient in the sanitizing process of the ice machines.
- Providing service and customer support during field visits or dispatches. Managing all on site repair, maintenanceand test tasks. Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions, Work with manager to oversee the stock parts in company vehicle and warehouse, track and report when they need to be replenished.
- Be able to diagnose, assess equipment repairs, and travel to markets for emergency repairs.
- Work with project managers, warehouse manager, install team, and supply all with materials needed to complete the repair or replacement of equipment.
- Work with manager in prepping equipment for installs, including coffee machine setup.
- Work with Market 24/7 team to resolve any repair issues.
- Install Market 24/7 buildout – setting millwork, countertops, slatwall and equipment.
- Minimum of 3 years progressive work experience in related area.
- Experience with electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, carpentry and safe food handling.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, problem solving and analytical skills.
- ServeSafe Certified
- Exhibits leadership ability.
- Strong sense of ownership and follow through.
- Must be able to pass DOT.
- Chauffeurs License (MI and PA only).
- Personal values align with the company’s values and culture.
- Exhibits flexibility in completing assignments in a growing / dynamic environment.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 75 lbs.
- Climbing in and out of vehicle.
- Climbing up and down ladders
- Loading and unloading equipment from vehicle
- Bending, stooping, pulling / pushing, and twisting required.
- Ability to travel to client sites as required
- Rare overnight stays out of state within our territory – per diem included
