```Duties```
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining existing customer relationships through Channel Partners. Your primary focus will be on selling our products and services to potential clients in the state of Florida.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target markets
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to end users to determine their needs and provide solutions as applicable
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns
Skills:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a field sales role
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce, for managing customer interactions and sales activities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers from a remote setting
- Strong negotiation skills to secure profitable deals
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
