Duties and responsibilities:
- Promote Vivax Pros’ products and services to prospective and existing clients - leads are generated and pre-qualified for you
- Build relationships with homeowners
- Measure and estimate projects, as well as show confidence in making recommendations around color choices
- Present an accurate bid to the homeowner on the spot
- Earn and close business during the initial appointment or through call backs
- Consistent follow up with clients
- Effective communication with team members of other departments within the company
Requirements:
- Able to work a non-traditional schedule including some evenings and weekends (with option for a more traditional schedule over time)
- At least 1 year of sales experience required
- Associates/Bachelors’ degree preferred but NOT required
- Must have a reliable vehicle and be appropriately insured
- Previous construction/home improvement experience or knowledge not required
- Possess and deliver our core values
Compensation: $70,000 - $120,000 during your first year
