HVAC Residential Sales
Responsibilities:
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies
- Conduct in-site presentations and effective sales proccess to potential customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales process and customer satisfaction
- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to maximize sales revenue
- Utilize simple CRM softweres to track sales activities and manage customer accounts
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in residential HVAC or other in-house sales
- Strong ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients and establish positive relationships
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close sales deals
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and achievement of targets
- Expirience and knowlage with financing softweres and programs
- Ability to keep high closing ratio
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- 1099 position
- Commision only
- High quality leads
- High commition rates (higher then indestry standard)
