We currently have an opportunity available for an experienced Lead Maintenance Technician at our property in Humble.
Candidates are required to have a minimum of 5-7 year multifamily maintenance experience with an EPA certification. Must also be team oriented, be detailed, performance driven, organized, excellent service skills, able to manage and organize multiple projects.

Job responsibilities includes
Maintaining the physical integrity of the property at all times. * Insuring a safe and secure living environment for Residents, visitors and staff.
Anticipate, identify and correct any and all problems involving the property and to implement procedures that will prevent such problems in order to maintain a safe environment, cultivate Resident satisfaction, and to protect the investment of the apartment property owner.
Good communication skills. -Good organizational skills. - On-Call Emergency Maintenance is required
Experience in plumbing, carpentry, electrical and mechanical operations of property.
