HVAC technician- In-house $20.00- $ 25.00 per hour
Some travel to Austin, San Antonio and Dallas
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine outlined preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal functionality.
- Diagnose and repair HVAC equipment malfunctions.
- Collaborate with other maintenance and operations teams to address facility needs.
- Maintain accurate records of all HVAC-related activities.
- Availability for occasional travel to Austin, San Antonio & Dallas for preventative maintenance services.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements:
- Relevant HVAC certifications or licenses.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
