We provide a unique role in the HVAC industry of the hybrid technician. You will be required to complete service, repairs, maintenance, turnover leads on new equipment and IAQ sales. Experience is required for this position but we are always training on both technical and sales to consistently improve. Performace based pay plan with uncapped potential! Base pay plus commission and spiffs. We also have employee and company bonus' with the ability to get paid out on a monthly basis. Great work/life balance like no other company around! Running 3-4 calls a day with the latest arrival window 4-6pm. No weekday on call duty, one on call weekend per month with Sunday's only club memeber and warranty service. Estimated yearly earnings for role listed at $80-150K but the potential is there for much more!
Senior Service Technician Description:
Perform thorough and accurate HVAC inspection and communicate findings to customer in a written option sheet
Repair and maintenance all types and brands of residential HVAC equipment
Estimate and communicate replacement options to customer in a written option sheet
Perform all HVAC repairs and to applicable codes
Complete all required documentation on services and collect, record and deliver fees to designated office admnistration
Facilitate order for all parts required for appointments and ensure prepardness for day of service
Submit purchase orders
Keep vehicle clean and in safe working order
Ensure vehicle and stocked and accurately inventoried
Return defective warranty parts to the branch
Effectively communicate with the customer regarding questions, concerns, and problems
Train, coach, and mentor apprentices
Informs manager of any safety issues
Maintains a courteous demeanor with customers and associates at all times
Maintain a professional image at all times
Abide by all standards of performance and ethics
Participate in company sponsored training classes
Follow all safety policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
