```Duties```
- We are looking for an experienced maintenance technician to complete repairs at the buildings we manage. Experience and understanding of the Public Housing inspection process is highly preferred. We need someone knowledgeable that has strong communication skills and will be able to operate with a high degree of autonomy after training and onboarding. Reliably commuting to work and completing jobs with a positive attitude will enable our next new hire to be successful.

- Minor plumbing repairs
- Minor electrical repairs
- Carpentry
- Painting
- Minor HVAC/radiator repairs
- Roofing repairs
