Responsibilities
- Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential settings, ensuring proper functionality and efficiency
- Work with team members to plan and execute HVAC installations according to job specifications and industry standards
- Connect HVAC systems to existing ductwork, wiring, and control systems, ensuring proper operation and adherence to safety regulations and code requirements
- Test installed HVAC systems to verify functionality, troubleshoot any issues, and make adjustments as needed
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety protocols at all times to maintain a safe and efficient work environment
- Complete installation documentation accurately and promptly, including work orders, inspection reports, and equipment inventory
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role, with a strong understanding of HVAC systems and components
- Adhere to local building codes, regulations, and safety standards related to HVAC installation
- Knowledge hand and power tools commonly used in HVAC installation and repair
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
