Position Overview: (Full-Time) 40+ Hrs. per week:
We are looking for a seasoned and experienced Lead Installer in HVAC construction to join our Tampa, FL team and undertake a variety of day-to-day field functions. Top candidates will be a well-organized, self-starter, and detail-oriented individual who has excellent time management skills and able to multi-task many assignments. Strong communication skills are a plus as the position involves interaction with both external and internal customers and team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to follow health and safety guidelines at all times on and off job sites.
- Safely use and maintain hand-tools and power tools and all Company assets.
- Follow construction plans, blueprints, and instruction from site supervisors, co-workers, and team members.
- Load and unload building materials and equipment.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors, and at heights as well as surface levels.
- Be responsible, ethical, and accountable for your work and to team members.
- Five years HVAC construction experience is Required, experience leading a team or crew is preferred.
- Pay rate is commensurate with experience.
