We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager who has a desire to learn about the mechanical and construction industry. This candidate would learn to help verify the design and constructability of the systems; highlight any issues and work with the design team and construction management teams to preemptively correct problems and resolve any issues. They will gain a general understanding of managing the progress, accuracy, and execution of the company’s work within the contract scope, dollar amount and agreed-upon schedule. They will assist in the oversight of estimation, coordination, fabrication, and field installation processes. They will work to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations; analyze, manage, and mitigate risks on all aspects of the project and ensure quality construction standards throughout the duration of the project.

Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management or related work experience
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- General problem-solving knowledge with a self-starter mentality
- Understanding of Massachusetts plumbing code 248CMR preferred
- Design, Develop and Enforce management Protocol & Standards w/ Project Manager and office staff
- Strong written / oral communication & team skills
- Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook
- Bluebeam Revu (Preferred)
