Compensation: $45,000 – $120,000

Qualifications:
- Minimum three years related HVAC experience.
- Must be 21 and have a valid Georgia Driver’s License and have clean driving record for at least the past three years. The driving record (MVR) will be checked prior to employment and must be acceptable to our insurance company.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening test and be willing to abide by the rules for our Georgia Certified Drug-Free workplace.
- Must pass pre-employment background check.
- Must be EPA Certified.
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
- Must possess all necessary HVAC technician hand tools, meters, etc.
- Must be able to physically perform job requirements, such as (but not limited to): standing for long periods, squatting, climbing ladders, working from heights, lifting weights of 50 pounds or more, etc.
- Demonstrate ability to use current iPad technology for communications and field reporting.
- Neat professional appearance is required.

Responsibilities:
- Arrive at jobsite at scheduled time and location as dispatched.
- Maintain necessary truck stock levels in company-provided vehicle.
- Follow instructions from supervisor and/or dispatch team.
- Communicate regularly with customers and the dispatch team in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Always maintain professional appearance and attitude.
- Complete all service-related forms properly.
- Inform/Acquire and educate customers about residential/commercial planned maintenance agreements.
- Inform and educate customers on additional products, replacement options, and services available through E. Smith.
- On-call status for emergency service as required – rotating schedule until 9 pm at night.
- Excellent working knowledge of diagnostic and troubleshooting techniques.
- Complete necessary paperwork to support invoices, estimates, orders, warranty paperwork, timesheets and other information provided to customers, coworkers, and supervisors as needed.
- Pick up parts, supplies, and equipment from distributors in company vehicle as needed or required.
- Clean job site. Job site should be picked up and left in a condition better or equivalent to that as when we arrived. This includes moving all trash and debris, sweeping or vacuuming site, removing all tools, parts, and equipment.
