Be able to provide and capture customer 5-Star reviews while delievering exceptional customer service. To provide routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of light commercial and residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards while providing the customer with the highest quality experience. Communicate regularly with the Dispatching Team and Service Manager regarding service call status, inventory, pricing along other assigned tasks. Ability to find opportunites and capture them.
3 Years of technician experience is required
