About the Inside Sales Representative Role

If so, then this might be the perfect role for you. As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll contribute to the overall mission by driving growth through high-volume warm outbound and inbound calls. We’ll provide support and opportunities every step of the way - weekly training, 1:1’s, company-wide meetings - in an environment that is fun, supportive and encourages you to improve your ability to convert leads. In addition to receiving feedback from your manager, team leads and peers, you get exposure to other parts of the business, such as operations and systems.
An Average Day
- This is a high-volume role where you will provide outreachto warm leads (No cold calling)
- Meet daily and monthly customer contact goals
- Consistently close warm leads after identifying customer needs and providing the appropriate product and service recommendations
- Collaborate with other representatives and teams across the company to provide outstanding service while driving sales and conversion
- Work hours: Monday - Friday. 8:45am - 5:30pm Central Time
- Hybrid work schedule. You will work in-office and you'll also have the ability to work from home a few days each week
About You
- Coachable – you are the type of person who loves feedback and actively seeks it and can implement it well
- Ambitious and not afraid of putting yourself out there
- Desire to develop sales skills - incremental growth is what we strive for
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possess a competitive spirit and are excited to prove not to others, but to yourself, what you are capable of
- High energy – you like to get things done and make things happen
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus
- Recent college graduate looking for your first corporate role or a part-time student who wants/is able to prioritize work while also going to school

- Total on-track earnings (base salary + commission) = $44,000 - $60,000+/year
- Base salary = $20,800/year
- On-track commission = $23,200 - $39,200+/year
