As we continue to grow, we’re looking for skilled and dedicated Residential HVAC Service Technicians to join our expert team.
What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of HVAC systems, including gas furnaces, heat pumps, split AC units, ductless mini splits, water heaters, and gas boilers.
- Perform system upgrades, replacements, and routine maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and safety.
- Troubleshoot and replace key components such as motors, capacitors, contactors, transformers, gas valves, and thermostats.
- Provide professional, friendly customer service by explaining service options and recommendations to homeowners.
- Accurately document all work, including services performed, parts used, and time spent on each job.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and service methods to continuously improve skills.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of independent hands-on HVAC experience.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow both written and verbal instructions.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Willingness to upsell company products and services when appropriate.
- Flexible with work schedules, including availability for occasional after-hours or weekend calls.
