**Job Title: Water Solutions Manager**

**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Water Solutions Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality water softening, drinking water filtration systems, water heaters and well water treatment solutions to residential & commercial customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in water treatment technologies, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Operational Management:**
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the residential water quality division, including installation, maintenance, and servicing of water softening and drinking water filtration systems, water heaters and well water treatments.
- Ensure that all residential water solution installations comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Manage inventory levels of all water treatment products and parts, ensuring sufficient stock availability to meet customer demand.
2. **Customer Engagement:**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residential customers, addressing their water treatment needs and concerns effectively.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations to customers on selecting the appropriate water solutions system.
- Coordinate with the sales team to generate leads, conduct consultations, and follow up on sales opportunities.
3. **Team Leadership:**
- Recruit, train, and develop a team of water treatment professionals, including technicians and installers, to deliver exceptional service to residential customers.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
- Monitor team performance and productivity, implementing strategies to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
4. **Quality Assurance:**
- Ensure that all water systems installed meet quality standards and performance specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on installed systems to identify and address any issues promptly.
- Implement quality improvement initiatives and best practices to enhance the overall customer experience.
**Qualifications:**
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Water Treatment Specialist license I, II or III required. (TCEQ or different State Environmental accredited)
- Proven experience (5 years) in a managerial role.
- 10 years’ experience in the water treatment industry, preferably with a focus on residential water softening and drinking water filtration systems, water heaters and well water treatments.
- Basic or Advanced Water Conditioning course completed. (TCEQ or different State Environmental accredited)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record and insurable.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
