Up to $60/HR based on experience

Our Ideal Candidate:
- 5+ years of commercial HVAC/R experience
- EPA Certification (Type I, II, or Universal); We can help acquire, if needed
- Pre-employment background, drug, and MVR checks will be completed
- Excellent customer service skills
- Works well independently; Self-motivated; Dedicated
- Clean driving record
Responsibilities:
- Execute service and maintenance calls as scheduled and according to policy and procedures
- Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, cooling, and refrigeration units for commercial customers, including rooftop units
- Diagnose diverse service issues, obtain any replacement parts, calibrate system to manufacturer’s recommendations, and be able to explain need for and value of recommended solutions
- Execute Preventative Maintenance services as required to defined manufacturer’s recommendations
- Perform job duties successfully within restaurants and other controlled environments with refrigeration units
- Travel to job sites in service area and work with dispatcher to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are appropriately communicated to customers
- Properly submit any paperwork and monies collected by designated time daily
- Properly utilize company price book, provide customer quotes, prepare customer invoices, and maintain system and customer information in designated systems
- Identify and report potential opportunities for additional business (new unit/system, PM contracts, and additional services of value)
- Maintain stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in company vehicles
- Turn in all parts related to any warranty work
- Keep company vehicle & property clean and well maintained
- Be available to perform your on-call duties when scheduled; be available to service emergency needs of our customers
- Build strong relationships with each one of your customers; exceed customer expectations; turn customers into long-term clients
- Perform all work to industry standards and maintain a professional manner and appearance
- Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, and company directives as related to facility operations, work being performed, and practice safe work habits
- Perform other job duties as assigned
