Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC design principles and the ability to work effectively in various environments. The HVAC Installer will be responsible for ensuring that all systems are installed correctly and operate efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Install HVAC systems according to design specifications and local codes.
- Conduct assessments of existing systems to determine necessary repairs or upgrades.
- Perform start-up on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair issues with heating and cooling systems install.
- Utilize tools such as Ohmmeters for electrical testing and diagnostics.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area during installations and repairs.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs.
Skills
- Proficiency in building and installing HVAC/R systems.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in property maintenance.
- Knowledge of HVAC design principles and field service operations.
- Ability to operate tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Valid driver's license with the ability to drive a van for transportation to job sites.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Must be ability to lift over 50# and climb ladders.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.70 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
