Astbury is seeking an industrial maintenance technician or millwright to be based out of its Indianapolis headquarters. Job duties for this position would include diagnosis, repair, and preventative maintenance of pumps, blowers, and various mechanical equipment at water and wastewater facilities and lift stations in and around Central Indiana. This individual would also assist in the planning and implementation of facility upgrades and repair projects. Occasional travel may be required for clients in other parts of Indiana and surrounding states.
The ideal candidate is a team player with prior experience, training, and expertise in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, fabrication/welding, and diagnosing pumps and other mechanical equipment.
