We are seeking a skilled Apprentice Electrician to join our manufacturing team. This position will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems and equipment within our facility to ensure continuous production. This role requires strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to safety.
Shift: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues in machinery and equipment, using testing equipment to pinpoint problems.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints,
and technical diagrams to complete installations and repairs accurately.
- Work with PLCs and automated systems, including programming, wiring, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with production teams to provide electrical support and resolve issues impacting production efficiency.
- Document and maintain accurate records of work performed,
materials used, and parts ordered.
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification or associate
degree in Industrial Electricity, Electrical Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Industrial Electrician, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring methods, and control systems.
- Familiarity with PLC programming and troubleshooting.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.
- Proficiency with electrical testing and troubleshooting equipment.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of electrical safety standards and regulations.
- Apprentices Electrician or equivalent experience
