Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Commercial Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will identify and acquire new commercial clients, foster relationships with existing clients, and drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the commercial sector
- Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions to meet client needs
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM system
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in commercial sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience
- Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to close deals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and exceed targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
