- Coordinate maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance.
- Monitor and maintain building systems, such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and low voltage systems.
- Implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal performance of equipment and systems.
- Respond to building emergencies and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with contractors and vendors to coordinate repairs, installations, and upgrades.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, expenses, and inventory.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
- Assist in the development and implementation of safety protocols and procedures.

- Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and low voltage systems.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills to interact with staff, contractors, and vendors.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Ability to fabricate or repair equipment is a plus.
- Framing, drywall, doors, flooring, trim and painting.
