Duties
- Lead and coordinate HVAC technicians and support staff to ensure seamless workflow and operational efficiency.
- Supervise the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems across residential and commercial properties.
- Perform routine inspections of HVAC systems to detect potential issues and maintain peak performance.
- Provide expert guidance and training to team members on industry best practices, technical procedures, and safety protocols.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring the availability of tools, equipment, and supplies necessary for efficient HVAC operations.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all service activities, including work reports and equipment maintenance logs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure timely project completion.
- Ensure compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act by meticulously documenting all financial transactions.
- Drive financial sales growth through strategic customer relationship management and proactive upselling techniques.
Qualifications
Technical Expertise
- Extensive experience in HVAC system installation, maintenance, and repair.
Financial & Transactional Knowledge
- Strong understanding of debits and credits related to service transactions.
- Proficient in cash handling practices within a service environment.
- Familiarity with mortgage servicing processes is a plus.
- Knowledge of loan processing procedures is advantageous.
- Experience with FNMA guidelines is preferred but not required.
Leadership & Customer Relations
- Strong customer relationship management skills to foster positive client interactions.
- Proven ability to lead a team effectively while promoting a collaborative work environment.
- Strong mathematical skills for precise measurements and calculations in HVAC operations.
- Relevant certifications in HVAC technology or related fields are highly desirable.
