Responsibilities:
- Assemble, install, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures
- Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues or potential problems
- Repair or replace broken or malfunctioning plumbing equipment and fixtures
- Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete remodeling or construction projects
- Follow building codes and regulations when installing or repairing plumbing systems
- Provide field service for plumbing emergencies or maintenance requests
- Collaborate with HVAC technicians on projects that involve both plumbing and HVAC systems
- Utilize hand and power tools to complete plumbing tasks
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics

Skills:
- Proficient in pipe threading and soldering techniques
- Experience in remodeling projects, including bathroom and kitchen renovations
- Ability to build and install plumbing systems from scratch
- Knowledge of field service procedures for plumbing repairs and maintenance
- Familiarity with HVAC systems and their integration with plumbing systems
- Maintenance Person skills for minor repairs and maintenance tasks
- Welding skills for specialized plumbing projects that require pipe fabrication
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
