We are looking for experienced technicians in Orange County, Los Angeles, and San Diego County with at least three years of field to help meet our customers' needs for service of water heating, air conditioning, and heating systems. Experience with commercial and light commercial boiler systems is a plus.

JOB DESCRIPTION - Responsible for repair, maintenance, and installation of commercial HVAC and boilers/water heating systems and related plumbing repairs. Experience with working on larger commercial systems will be a plus. Orientation will be provided in service of the company's products.
Company service vehicle is provided and technicians generally cover an area within 50 miles from their homes.
Required Qualifications - Three or more years of experience as a technician and/or installer of HVAC or water heating equipment.
Preferred Qualifications & Abilities - Trade school or other certification in HVAC or boilers. Good technical ability in diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment problems. Ability to work independently with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work in a team environment and develop relationships with co-workers and customers.
All employees must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record, and be able to pass drug & background checks.
COMMUNICATION & CUSTOMER RELATIONS SKILLS - Must be skilled in working with customers to help solve their problems and generate revenue. Excellent customer relations and communication skills are essential for this position.
