Fusion Property Management Company is currently hiring a Maintenance Technician to help with general maintenance and curb appeal of the apartment community.

Responsibilities Include:
Must be able to troubleshoot and perform necessary repairs to the apartment community, including plumbing, some HVAC, carpentry, and electrical. Installation of light fixtures and installation of appliances.
Assist in maintaining the exterior of the community so our curb appeal looks great at all times.
Make sure all resident work orders are completed timely, safely, and with pride.
Must comply with all OSHA regulations, Fair Housing, health, safety, and environmental laws.
Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications Include:
- A minimum of 1-year experience is required in multi-family housing.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to multi-task, be organized, and meet deadlines.
- Available for on-call for responding to after-hour emergencies.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- A valid driver’s license is required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
