We are looking for an experienced warehouse manager to work closely with our warehouse Assistant and our entire team to ensure effective organization of tools and materials.

Salary:
$65,000 - $75,000, Depending on Experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Monday – Friday 8:00am – 6:00pm
Availability via phone during weekends, as needed.

Job Responsibilities:
- Inventory control (Utilizing QR codes and other measures)
- Stock Replenishment - set and adhere to minimum stock levels, coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment of stock
- Tool Management: - Oversee maintenance, allocation and storage of tools
- Truck Stock Management: Oversee and maintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies on service trucks, ensuring all necessary items are stocked, organized, and accounted for to support efficient job completion.
- Effectively Manage Warehouse Assistant
- Ensure technicians have access to necessary tools without delays
- Organizing parts in the warehouse and in trucks
- Check and verify incoming parts order
- Analyze part costs to keep cost low
- Keep warehouse clean and organized daily
- Demonstrate proper and safe use of tools and related equipment
- Facilitate and Assist in cleaning vehicles
- General property maintenance (take out office trash, keeping property maintained)
- Assist with other projects as assigned
Job Requirements and Knowledge:
- Experience in Warehouse and/or Parts Inventory management
- Must be able to lift 50lbs.
- Must live within 30 miles from Lakeway/Bee Caves
- No tools required
- Must work in a professional manner - communications, grooming and conduct

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 annually, depending on experience.
