JOB SUMMARY:
Technician in Water Damage Restoration is primarily responsible for professionally managing the process of water damage mitigation project "from A to Z" as well as providing excellent customer service skills. This is a construction related position that has a rotating on call / response requirement.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Technician is first to respond and properly onboard the Client
- When on job site makes professionally liable assessment of the damage
- Documents actively all the damaged areas, contents etc, and respectively documents all the job using professional software and apps
- Proposes and Aligns with Managing director the strategy on project implementation and resources needed to perform the job
- Mobilizes and Manages the helpers to perform the job according to IICRC standards
- Communicates with Insurance adjusters on project documentation and invoicing/ estimating
- Provides excellent customer service to property owner
- Makes sure the working area in the property in a very clean condition
- Areas of work is DFW metroplex (1 hours drive reach)
- Proficient user of Computer software and apps
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
