- Full Time
- 8AM to 4PM
- Monday to Friday
- Ability to be in an on call rotation for one week at a time once a month
- Ability to work overtime as needed at time and a half
Qualifications:
- -4 Years commercial or residential experience preferred
- -Some commercial refrigeration knowledge or experience preferred
Requirements:
-Ability to perform commercial preventative maintenances in a timely manner
- Change Filters
- Replace and Adjust Belts
- Split and Wash Coils
- Lubricate Moving Parts
- Inspect Electrical Contacts and Connections
- Inspect Heat Exchangers
- Clean Burner and Ignition System
- Check Refrigerant Levels
- Check and Adjust Thermostats
- Inspect Flue Venting
-Ability to service and repair commercial equipment in a timely manner:
- Radiant Tube Heaters
- MUA units
- Exhaust Fans
- Geothermal Heat Pump Systems
- Boilers (Steam, Condensing Hot Water, Combination DHW and Space Heating, Conventional Hot Water)
- Mini Split Systems
-Ability to service and repair residential equipment in a timely manner:
- Gas Furnaces (Standard, Condensing, Variable Speed)
- Air Conditioners
- Geothermal Heat Pumps
- Humidifiers (Steam, Powered, Bypass)
- Domestic Water Heaters (Standard and Tankless)
- Boilers (Steam, Condensing Hot Water, Combination DHW and Space Heating, Conventional Hot Water)
- Mini Split Systems
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
