Job description
We’re looking for a HVAC Installer who has experience in installing mini-split systems, RTU's, WSHP's, and VAV installations. Install ducting, ability to read plans and stay on taks throughout a project.

You as a Installer should provide:
· A strong record of delivering, quality service in the commercial HVAC industry.
· A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and all applicable licenses of the trade are required.
· The availability to be on call. We rotate on call for our techs and any perspective candidate has to be willing to integrate into that roll.
· Be willing to learn new things. We have amazing lead techs that are always willing to lend a hand, but you must be willing to ask question if/when needed. We believe that empowering our techs is always better than belittling them.
· Work in a time effective manner. We pride ourselves on giving the best service to our customers at affordable prices. We also pride ourselves on doing the job right the first time.

· Carry a electrical license for Oregon/Washington a plus
