GLO Resources is currently hiring an HVAC Technician to work in the Greater New Orleans area. The pay rate is between $27 - $32 per hour depending on experience. Workdays are Monday – Friday 8 am - 5 pm.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems in skilled manner Familiar with new installations.
- Perform detailed troubleshooting and emergency repairs
- Communicate with clients about the diagnosis of their systems, how to maintain their HVAC systems, and have the ability to answer any questions
- Comply with all state safety standards
- Have a firm understanding of the refrigeration cycle and electricity
- Be able to withstand extreme temperatures
- Assist in the training of HVAC mechanics and apprentices
- Able to lift 75-80lbs
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- HVAC Certified
- 5+ years HVAC Experience
- Truck Ready
- Clean Driver’s License
