Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled HVAC Sales Technician to join our team! As a Sales Technician, you will be responsible for driving sales, building customer relationships, and promoting our HVAC products and services. Our ideal candidate has previous sales experience of 3-5 years, preferably in the HVAC industry. Please come prepared with a proven track-record of your sales achievements.
Responsibilities
- Selling products and services: Promoting and selling our company's products and services to customers
- Providing technical support: Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, and providing maintenance for sold products
- Training customers: Conducting product demonstrations and training for customers
- Building customer relationships: Establishing and maintaining relationships with customers, and identifying opportunities for upsells or system replacements.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction: Handling complaints quickly and efficiently, and ensuring customers receive the product or service they purchased
- Meeting sales targets: Working to meet sales targets and identify new opportunities
- Maintaining records: Maintaining and updating customer records and service logs
- Ensuring compliance: Ensuring compliance with company protocols and safety standards
- Recommending products: Recommending new and improved products to customers
- Delivering or installing equipment: Delivering or installing secondary/add-on equipment on-site

- Explaining technical concepts: Must be able to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms to customers
