Ideal candidates will possess the following:
Plumbing, electrical, carpentry knowledge
This position does not require HVAC Certifications!
Basic hand tools
Excellent customer service and positive attitude
1+ Years of apartment industry maintenance or construction experience
Proven track record of working with large teams effectively and efficiently
Verifiable employment with a minimum of 12 consecutive months with the same employer
