Job Overview:
The HVAC Helper will support our experienced technicians and installers with various tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This role involves assisting with installations, maintenance, and repairs while learning the trade in a hands-on environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems.
- Transport tools, materials, and equipment to job sites as needed.
- Help with ductwork installation and modifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring proper tool management.
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.
- Learn and develop technical skills under the guidance of experienced professionals.
Qualifications:
- No prior experience required; HVAC training or certification is a plus.
- Must own a complete set of HVAC tools.
- Willingness to learn and develop skills in the HVAC industry.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting heavy equipment.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in HVAC work.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
