What We’re Looking For:
- At least 5 years of residential service plumbing experience.
- A track record of running 250+ residential service calls independently.
- Ability to diagnose plumbing issues, educate clients, and provide repair or replacement options.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build lasting customer relationships.
- Experience installing 10+ tankless water heaters in residential settings is a plus.
- A clean driving record and a valid driver’s license.
