RBT Construction is now seeking a full-time Maintenance Repairman to join our team. Candidates must have good reasoning, problem-solving skills, excellent customer service skills, and a positive team-player attitude.
Must be able to travel between Logan and Salt Lake City, Utah on a daily basis.

Maintenance Repairman Assistant Responsibilities & Duties
- Assist with maintenance improvement projects
- Maintain and repair of the property and grounds for our customers
- Assist with periodic inspections of the properties and equipment.
- Perform work order requests in a timely and professional manner
- Complete seasonal maintenance and ad hoc requests from our customers
Requirements:
Maintenance technician skills:
- General knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and refrigeration
- Experience with painting
- Certifications are a plus
- Willingness to assist with janitorial duties such as power washing, picking up trash, cleaning, etc.
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to be on call for maintenance emergencies
- Available Weekends
Schedule
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- On call
- Weekends as needed
